Woodfield is situated in a lush valley in central Muskoka surrounded by forests, pastures, water, and wildlife.
Spanning 400 acres of field and forest, you can feel the magic of Woodfield the moment you turn onto the winding road that brings you to a vast space of greenery, complete with yurts, beautiful lodges, fire pits, Muskoka chairs and breathtaking views.
Lodges are located a short walking distance from the yoga spaces, eating and wellness areas.
Bedrooms include a handmade bunk bed design with 2queen sized premium mattress, pillows & duvets. (Lodge holds 4 bedrooms with double occupancy. Beds are queen bunks. Note: if you book as an individual we will match you to a suitable roommate for the evening)
There are 2 bathrooms located in each lodge, which come fully equipped with towels and essential toiletries. In addition, each lodge has a fully equipped kitchen with premium quality appliances included a coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, dishware etc.

All Pricing is in Canadian. Prices are based on shared accommodation in a standard room. If you are traveling alone but are looking to share accommodation, we will do our best to pair you with a traveler of the same sex at no additional cost.
We may have the option of a single room. Please let us know if this would be of interest to you.
Teri-Ann has been teaching yoga since 2015 but has been practicing since being introduced by her movement teacher in theatre school in 1997. She took her 200 hour teacher training at Yandara yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico in March 2015 after deciding to take the plunge into teaching and she hasn’t looked back since.
Teri-Ann has practiced and gained experience all around the world and her sense of community has expanded to include India, Bali, the United States, Thailand, Australia, the UK and of course Canada. Teri returned to the Yandara Yoga Institute in the spring of 2018 to work on a 300 hour advanced teacher training and she hopes to complete her post class work by the summer.
Elizabeth became a Yoga Instructor in 2010 after she completing her BFA. Hons in Movement. She leads Classic, Hatha and Flow classes that are deeply rooted in creating consciousness in movement and breath. Her trademark is her ability to seamlessly describe and transition postures with breath using her ballet, contemporary and modern dance background.
All of Elizabeth’s classes are lead with a strong anatomical focus. She is articulate in ensuring her students remain safe while giving space for them to explore the deeper side of movement; what can they sense while they are there, and how does that make them feel? Asking students to turn inward helps them understand why they arrived in the first place.
